Shipping policy
At SpanGym, we want your order to arrive as quickly and smoothly as possible. Please review the shipping details below before placing your order.
Order Processing Time
All orders are processed within 1–3 business days (Monday–Friday, excluding holidays) after payment is confirmed. During high-volume periods such as holidays or major promotions, processing may take up to 5 business days.
Shipping Time
- U.S. domestic orders: 5–8 business days after processing
- Total estimated delivery: 6–11 business days from the date your order is placed
We currently ship to addresses within the United States. If international shipping becomes available, delivery estimates and any customs information will be listed at checkout.
Shipping Cost
- Free standard shipping on all U.S. orders over $100
- A flat shipping rate applies to orders under $100, calculated and displayed at checkout
Order Tracking
Once your order ships, you will receive a confirmation email containing your tracking number. Please allow 24–48 hours for tracking information to update after you receive this email. You can also track your order anytime using the "Track Your Order" link in our website footer.
Shipping Delays
Occasionally, delivery may be delayed due to high shipping volumes, weather conditions, or carrier disruptions beyond our control. We appreciate your patience and will do our best to notify you of any significant delay affecting your order.
Incorrect Shipping Address
Please double-check your shipping address at checkout. SpanGym is not responsible for packages delayed, misdelivered, or lost due to an incorrect or incomplete address provided by the customer. If you notice an error after placing your order, contact us within 12 hours so we can attempt to correct it before it ships.
Multiple Item Orders
Orders containing multiple items may be shipped in separate packages and may arrive on different days.
