Refund policy

We want you to love your SpanGym gear. If something isn't right, we're here to help make it right.

Return Window

You may request a return within 30 days of the delivery date shown on your tracking information.

Return Conditions

To be eligible for a return, your item must be:

  • Unused and in the same condition you received it
  • In its original packaging, with all accessories included
  • Accompanied by proof of purchase (order number or receipt)

Hygiene Exception

For health and hygiene reasons, yoga mats, exercise mats, resistance bands, and any other product that comes into direct contact with skin cannot be returned once used, unless the item arrived damaged, defective, or incorrect.

Damaged, Defective, or Incorrect Items

If your item arrives damaged, defective, or is not what you ordered, please contact us within 7 days of delivery with your order number and a photo of the issue. We will arrange a free replacement or a full refund, including return shipping costs where applicable.

Change-of-Mind Returns

If you no longer want an unused, unopened item, you may return it within the 30-day window. Return shipping costs for change-of-mind returns are the responsibility of the customer.

How to Start a Return

Email support@spangym.com with your order number and the reason for your return. We will send you return instructions within 1–2 business days.

Refund Processing

Once we receive and inspect your returned item, we will notify you of the approval status. Approved refunds are issued to your original payment method within 5–10 business days.

Non-Returnable Items

  • Used or washed mats, straps, or accessories (unless defective)
  • Items marked as Final Sale
  • Gift cards

Late or Missing Refunds

If it has been more than 10 business days since your refund was approved and you still have not received it, please check with your bank or card provider first, then contact us at support@spangym.com.
