A: We accept all major credit and debit cards, along with other secure payment options available at checkout.

Q: Can I change or cancel my order after placing it?

A: We process orders quickly, so please contact us at support@spangym.com within 12 hours of purchase if you need to make a change. We can't guarantee changes once an order has entered processing.

Shipping

Q: How long does shipping take?

A: Orders are processed within 1–3 business days, then shipped. U.S. domestic delivery typically takes 5–8 business days after processing.

Q: Do you offer free shipping?

A: Yes — all U.S. orders over $100 ship free. Orders under $100 ship at a flat rate shown at checkout.

Q: How do I track my order?

A: Once your order ships, you'll receive a tracking number by email. You can also track your order using the "Track Your Order" link in our website footer.

Returns & Refunds

Q: What is your return policy?

A: We offer a 30-day return window on unused items in their original packaging. For hygiene reasons, mats and accessories that have been used cannot be returned unless they arrive defective. See our Refund & Return Policy for full details.

Q: My item arrived damaged or wrong — what do I do?

A: Email us at support@spangym.com within 7 days of delivery with your order number and a photo of the issue, and we'll arrange a free replacement or refund.

A: Wipe it down with a damp cloth and mild soap after each use, then air dry. Avoid machine washing or harsh chemicals, which can damage the surface texture.

A: Yes — our mats are designed for all fitness levels, from first-time yoga practice to advanced training.
